Heather MacDow is a tai chi instructor in Montreal, Quebec. She teaches at the 50 Plus Club of NDG and in the summer months Heather conducts classes in an NDG park three mornings a week. Private classes can be arranged for special needs.
Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi is a graceful form of low impact exercise which reduces stress, anxiety and helps increase flexibility and balance. It is suitable for nearly everyone and all fitness levels. It is often described as meditation in motion.
